Members are invited to celebrate the opening of our new exhibit and the Carroll Arts Center's 10th Anniversary.  250 works of art, all measuring exactly 10" x 10" will be on display. Music by Jo Morrison and Eric Byrd.  Screenings of the documentary "Building on the Memories," complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.  Free for members, $10 guests.  RSVP to Claudia@CarrollCountyArtsCouncil.org by April 15.
