The assemblage of this website is from multiple sources – and-or a result of my original compilation that took decades to put together many years ago - all of which I have been very careful to cite. That said - any and all mistakes that may appear on this website are my fault and mine alone.

Because I really enjoy and appreciate collaborative art, every reasonable effort has been made to trace the owners of copyright materials on this website, but in some instances this has proven impossible.

I will be glad to receive information leading to more complete acknowledgments; in the meantime please accept my apologies for any omissions.”

I have spent my entire in public service as an artist, writer, and an elected or appointed government official. I have created intellectual property all my life. I realize that working hard does not indemnify oneself from criticism from those who would rather criticize than do the hard work – or be correct.

“Off Track Art” is an artists’ collective and gallery located in the historic Liberty Building at 11 Liberty Street – next to the railroad tracks, off of the Sentinel parking lot at the corner of West Main St and MD 27-Liberty St - in downtown Westminster, Maryland.

We are dedicated to advancing the arts in Westminster as well as the careers, ideas, and artistic visions of its members.

Tentative Gallery Hours are: Monday through Wednesday 12 - 6:00 pm Thursday and Friday 12 - 7:00 pm Saturday 10 - 5:00 pm

Grand Opening is scheduled for Feb. 13th, 2009 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

“De arte de la pista” está una colectividad y la galería de los artistas situadas en el edificio histórico de la libertad en la calle de 11 libertades - al lado de las pistas de ferrocarril, apagado del estacionamiento del centinela en la esquina del St del oeste de la cañería y del St del MD 27-Liberty - en Westminster céntrica, Maryland.

Nos dedican a avanzar los artes en Westminster así como las carreras, las ideas, y las visiones artísticas de sus miembros.
