In a phone interview with Larry Bloom, the Westminster street department superintendent at 6:45 pm, he said that the Westminster crews started working on clearing the city streets at 11:30 pm the night before.

Even Jeff Glass, the city of Westminster public works director is out plowing. He asked that city residents please stay off the streets as much as possible to give the crews some time to get the streets cleared.
