Harry’s Main Street was packed Saturday evening as we entered the restaurant with friends after working at the Carroll County Horse Expo at the Carroll County Agriculture Center all day.

However, we yakked our way through a leisurely dinner and as closing time came near I snapped this photo…

I have spent my entire in public service as an artist, writer, and an elected or appointed government official. I have created intellectual property all my life. “Off Track Art” is an artists’ collective and gallery located in the historic Liberty Building at 11 Liberty Street – next to the railroad tracks, off of the Sentinel parking lot at the corner of West Main St and MD 27-Liberty St - in downtown Westminster, Maryland.

We are dedicated to advancing the arts in Westminster as well as the careers, ideas, and artistic visions of its members.

Tentative Gallery Hours are: Monday through Wednesday 12 - 6:00 pm Thursday and Friday 12 - 7:00 pm Saturday 10 - 5:00 pm

Grand Opening is scheduled for Feb. 13th, 2009 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

Nos dedican a avanzar los artes en Westminster así como las carreras, las ideas, y las visiones artísticas de sus miembros.
