I wish Instagram would allow users to disable putting unwanted duplicate photos on Android phones

Keep calm. Test is only a test. I am trying to figure out how to stop my Instagram app from saving unwanted duplicate pictures on my S5 phone after I post a photograph.

I just researched how to stop Instagram from saving duplicate pictures on my S5 phone


Ms. Faustmann writes, “The Instagram app works very similarly on iPhones and Android phones. When it comes to saving the items you shoot with the Instagram camera to the phone, though, there are a few differences. Saving Instagram photos and videos is optional on iPhones and compulsory on Android devices. Hence, you can prevent an iPhone, but not an Android phone, from automatically saving Instagram photos.

Candidly, it is almost a good reason to remove the app from my phone. Just saying.
