Carroll County Arts Council's new fundraising event will feature previously enjoyed art at yard sale prices!
Working artists are encouraged to come and shop for frames and canvases that can be re-used. The yART sale expects to offer hundreds of works for sale including paintings, prints, drawings, photographs. All will be sold at "yard sale" prices with most being priced under $10.
